How To Enter

NOMINATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED!

Award entries must be submitted using the online nomination portal. Please note that no hardcopy submissions will be accepted.

All award submissions must be prepared using an award nomination template. Those submissions not completed using the template will not be included in the judging process.

Each category has a number of assessment criteria. Please ensure that all assessment criteria are addressed using no more than 500 words.

Nominations must also include a submission summary that covers the following key aspects:

• about us (maximum 50 words)
• the problem (maximum 100 words)
• the approach (maximum 100 words)
• the outcome (maximum 100 words)
• key achievements (5 dot points and maximum 100 words)

Any attachments submitted with your nomination must be relevant to the award category assessment criteria. Up to 4 attachments are allowed per criteria. Attachments must not exceed 3MB and to be in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF or JPG format. Entrants are also encouraged to submit at least 5 images related to their entry.

Entrants will be assessed by members of the SRCC and this process may include site visits.

Before you enter the online nomination portal please ensure you have the following items ready to upload:
• Completed nomination template with responses to each criteria and summary of your entry.
• Any attachments that are relevant to each of the award category criteria (up to 4 per criteria).
• Any images that will support your entry (up to 10 images).

Please note there have been changes to the Conditions of Entry for 2010 in particular relation to clause (26) involving fatalities.
