The return to work (RTW) performance reported here is from the National RTW Monitor—a national survey of injured workers designed to measure RTW outcomes. The RTW performance of both premium payers and licensees has remained at a consistently high level over the past five years.
Noting that the RTW performance reported here is based on a survey of injured claimants and may be influenced to some extent by the survey sample, these results show only minor differences in the performance of licensees compared to the premium paying sector of the scheme.
