Outcomes from 11 December 2025 SRCC meeting

The SRCC met on 11 December 2025 to consider governance and regulatory issues and the quarter one performance reports of individual licensees.
Licensee prevention management system requirements
The SRCC agreed to implement an ISO45001 certification or alignment assurance program. This will be supported by a transition plan which will be brought to the March 2026 SRCC quarterly meeting for consideration.
Licence Compliance and Performance Model (LCPM)
The Commission agreed to commence a holistic review of the LCPM to ensure it remains effective, contemporary and fit for purpose.
Union affiliates meeting with the SRCC
After its quarterly meeting, the SRCC hosted its annual engagement session with union affiliates. The purpose of the session was to provide an opportunity for the SRCC and union affiliates to collaboratively discuss the regulation of licensees and potential areas of improvement.

The next meeting of the SRCC will be held on 26 March 2026.
