  • Commission Strategic Plan 2016-17

    This Strategic Plan continues the journey that the Commission commenced with its 2015–16 Strategic Plan.

    The Plan reflects the Commission's sustained commitment to the Government's regulatory reform agenda and potential legislative changes that may affect our work. It also ensures that our focus remains on those areas that are fundamental to the role of the Commission in fulfilling its functions.



 

  • Cost Recovery Implementation Statement

    This Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) provides information on how the Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission and Comcare implement cost recovery for activities and functions under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) and Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (WHS Act), relating to self-insured licensees under the SRC Act.



 


 


 


 

  • Service Level Agreement - SRCC and Comcare

    This agreement identifies the functions, powers and responsibilities of the Commission and the ways in which Comcare will fulfil its role in supporting the Commission.



 


 


 


 

  • SRCC Regulatory Performance Framework 2015-16

    The Regulator Performance Framework provides regulators with a standard set of key performance indicators, which articulate the Government's overarching expectations of regulator performance.

    This is the first annual self-assessment by the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission (Commission) against the Government’s Regulator Performance Framework.



 

  • SRCC submission to the Comcare scheme review

    This submission provides a background to the Commission and the Comcare scheme, an explanation of the features of the scheme, an analysis of the operations of the scheme with reference to each of the Terms of Reference, and some possible options to be considered to enhance specific aspects of the scheme.
