The Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission (SRCC) understands that the current COVID-19 pandemic presents significant challenges for employers, workers and relevant stakeholders.
The SRCC continues to regulate self-insured licensees and remains available and responsive to address issues arising during this time. The SRCC is closely monitoring the evolving situation and is focussing on the health, safety and wellbeing of workers and employers.

If you have an issue relating to safety at your workplace, including in relation to COVID-19, please contact your relevant safety regulator. Safe Work Australia’s website also provides guidance and information concerning work health and safety duties.

The Australian Government has also developed a COVID-19 vaccine claim scheme to reimburse people who suffer a moderate to significant impact following an adverse reaction to an approved vaccine. More information:
