At the meeting, the SRCC considered a licence variation request and the performance reports of individual licensees for the third quarter of 2021-22.
Licence variation
The Commission agreed to vary the licence of National Australia Bank Ltd (NAB) by replacing NAB with QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited (QBE) as the contracted claims reviewer from the beginning of 1 July 2022 (AEST).
