3 November 2022 meeting
At the 3 November 2022 meeting, the SRCC considered two licence variation requests.
Licence variation – Telstra Limited
The SRCC agreed to vary the licence of Telstra Limited amending its commencement date from 31 December 2022 to 8 December 2022.
Licence variation – Telstra Corporation Limited
The SRCC agreed to vary the licence Telstra Corporation Limited to prescribe Telstra Limited as its claims manager and reviewer from 8 December 2022.
The SRCC further agreed to a claims management system review being conducted of both Telstra Limited and Telstra Corporation Limited in late 2023.
7 December 2022 meeting
At the 7 December 2022 meeting, the SRCC considered the performance reports of individual licensees for the first quarter of 2022-23 and a range of operational and governance matters.
